Description - "William Hele, first in America, was born in 1613, evidently a descendant of Hugh Hale, progenitor of the Cornwood line of Hale's in Devon [England] ... American histories say William Hele came first to Lynn, Mass. about 1640 where he early joined the church; became a freeman in Marshfield in 1643, was of Roxbury in 1649, and finally was dismissed from the church in "Lin" to join that in Cambridge with his family ... He had five wives ... He died ... 11/28/1683 and his remains lie in "The Old Burying Ground" in Cambridge." He married his first wife Grace Ives, daughter of Miles Ives of Watertown, in 1643. She died 8 December 1649 in Roxbury, Massachusetts

Description - John Milk was appointed cowherd for the town of Salem, Massachusetts, in 1662. The same year he was chosen for the duty of chimney sweep. He married Sarah Wesson in 1665. They had two children, 1668/9-1670. He died at Salem, ca. 1689. His son, John Milk, Jr. (b. 1668/9), shipwright, married Elizabeth Hempfield in 1689 at Marblehead, Massachusetts. They had two sons, ca. 1690-ca. 1694. He married 2) Mary Scolly in 1707 at Boston. They had three children, 1708-ca. 1713. He died before 1720 at Boston

Hobson family lineage : descendants of George and Elizabeth Hobson

Description - George Hobson, Sr. (ca. 1677-1748), was born in England, and died in Frederick Co., Virginia. He was an apple farmer. George and his wife Elizabeth supposedly arrived in Philadelphia in 1697 from England. They had not been definitely located until 1732 when they are found in Orange Co., Va. (what is now Berkeley Co., West Virginia). Prior to Orange County they most likely lived in Chester Co., Pennsylvania. They had one son, George Hobson, Jr. (ca. 1716-1797), born in Chester Co., Pa. and died in Chatham Co., North Carolina. He married (1) Hannah Elizabeth Kinnison (ca. 1717-1761), daughter of Edward Kinnison and Mary Greenaway, in 1732 in Burlington Co., N.J. He married (2) Rebekah ? ca. 1761. Fourteen children are recorded in this book, he supposedly had twenty
